Setting up and running the study is the aim of the research project. That is based on statistics and data management.
LinCTU use CASTOR to manage electronic data, taking advantage of a cloud-based server.
The management of the study will include:
- The sample size that is required
- The assessment of the outcomes (primary and secondary) that are required
- The implementation of the outcome
- Assessing sample bias for the study
The description of the trial is summarised within the ‘protocol’, which allows you to specify the whole trial project.
